[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.4(N)(1) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (chlorine) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect concentration. Observed chlorine sanitizer concentration measured at 0 ppm. PIC stated they will contact maintenance to make repairs and adjust the concentration to 50-100 ppm.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed opened containers of hummus and opened gallon of milk not date marked. PIC stated hummus was opened friday for snack and milk was discarded.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed cold holding refrigeration/freezer, range/stove and other noncommercial small appliances that were not approved by a recognized testing agency present in the kitchen at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.4(P) / Warewashing equipment - determining chemical sanitizer concentration.
Sanitizer test kit or other device not being used.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed cereal containers in the back classroom where the cold holding equipment for student lunches are held with an accumulation of dirt and food debris. Ensure product is emptied and warewashed before more product is put in the containers.
