3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces of the containers that are used to store clean utensils and equipment in the dairy room.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed door seals on the bottom section of the meat reach-in and the dairy reach-in doors with an accumulation of food residue and food debris.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floor underneath the ice machine is not maintained clean. Observed a blue liquid dripping from underneath the ice machine.
