3717-1-03.1(L) / Package integrity - specifications for receiving
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed food in packaging that does not appear to protect it from contamination. Multiple cans of food were severely dented at time of inspection.
To prevent adulteration, food packages shall be in good condition and protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants.
3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed food that was not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation at time of inspection. Raw bacon was stored over ready to eat food and ground beef was stored over whole cuts of beef.
To prevent contamination, food shall be protected from cross contamination by separating raw animal foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from cooked ready-to-eat food as described in this rule.

3717-1-05.4(F)(2) / Outside receptacles - installation
Repeat Observed accumulation of debris in outdoor waste handling units at time of inspection.
Repair the trash compactor to prevent potential contamination. Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse or recyclables such as an on-site compactor shall be installed so that accumulation of debris, and insect and rodent attraction and harborage are minimized and effective cleaning is facilitated around and under the unit.
