| Complaint on 19-Apr-2019 : An inspection was conducted on 4/25/19 due to a customer complaint. The customer was concerned about an air conditioning (AC) unit in the dining room. The customer stated that the AC unit leaked onto his table, beverages, and body on 4/19/19. At time of inspection, the AC unit was not leaking or producing condensation. The manager stated that the AC unit had not leaked or produced condensation over the last week. However, the air temperature was relatively low on 4/25/19. The manager stated that the AC unit had not been running much over the last week due to the low air temperature. I recommended that the staff monitor the AC unit and hire a certified HVAC specialist to service the AC unit to confirm that it is working properly. The air conditioning unit will be double-checked during the next standard inspection, also. |
