| Complaint on 02-Apr-2015 : Regarding complaint: Observed proper hair restraint at time of inspection. The PIC had knowledge of proper hair restraint policies. The PIC will re-train all employees on the use of proper hair restraint to limit potential contamination in the future. Observed no moldy blueberry bread at time of inspection. Date marking policies require that blueberry bread be discarded if not sold in 3 days or less. The PIC will ensure that all employees follow the date marking policy to limit the growth of harmful organisms. |
