3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed equipment (KitchenAid Mixer) at the time of inspection that was not approved by a recognized testing agency.
To prevent health hazards, food equipment that is acceptable for use in a RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Remove this unapproved equipment.
3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed residue on the nonfood-contact surfaces of containers used for food storage at the time of inspection.
To protect against contamination, nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Clean the residue from these containers and provide regular cleaning that maintains all surfaces clean to sight and touch.
3717-1-05.1(I) / Service sink - number.
Repeat Observed no service sink or curbed cleaning facility at the time of inspection as required.
For the sanitary disposal of mop water and similar liquid wastes, at least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items on the premises at the time of inspection.
To maintain easy cleanability, the premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.

Observed proper handwashing and use of hair restraint at the time of inspection.
Work to maintain the facility free of unnecessary and/or unused items that could encroach upon work spaces. Avoid the use of cardboard in areas, such as the reach-in cooler, where it may absorb moisture. Food arriving at the facility should be removed from the cardboard container before refrigeration.
