| This inspections was conducted in response to a remodel of the dining room, customer self-service counter and public restrooms. The FSO is approved to re-open to dining room customers contingent upon the final approval from the Kent Building and Fire Department. Provide a copy of the final approval and a certificate of occupancy to the Kent Health Department once received. Additional items that will be rechecked at the next standard inspection. 1) Finish caulking around the customer self-service counter around the wall and counter top junctures. 2) Repair the damaged wall to the right of the slushy machine. Recommend installing FRP or other durable material other then painted gypsum board. 3) Seal all holes in the gypsum board to the right of the slushy machine - make it pest proof. |
