Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed automatic hand washing device not in good working order at the time of inspection. PIC stated they will remove the device before the facility opens.
3717-1-06.1(B) / Floors, walls and ceilings - utility lines.
Utility drainage pipe for the bar tap system was improperly installed on the floor at the time of inspection. Ensure drain line has a proper air gap installed.
