Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed two bottles of naked juice and packages of string cheese being held above 41 degrees F in the main refigeration unit in the middle of the serving area. PIC discarded the product.

In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed scoops being stored in the powder products at the smoothie station without the handle out of the product.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed main refrigeration unit in the center of the serving area not maintianing temperature below 41 degrees F. TCS products shall not be stored in the equipment until it can hold TCS products below 41 degrees F.
