Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (eggs, chicken, taco meat, turkey, potatoes, salsa). Education was provided to improve date marking procedures.

3717-1-07.1(C) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Conditions of use.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper use of a poisonous or toxic substance. An unapproved pesticide device was used at the bar to combat drain flies. Education was provided and the PIC immediately removed the item once the violation was observed.

3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
No soap at basement handwashing sink.

3717-1-03.2(G) / Washing fruits and vegetables.
Repeat Raw potatoes are not washed prior to slicing into french fries.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean (cold holding equipment, exhaust hoods, storage racks and shelving).
