The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
Comments
This follow-up inspection was complete with Kent Fire Prevention inspector.
No additional follow-up need by the KCHD regarding the fire issue. The proper response by staff with cleaning, discarding foods, replacing equipment and communication with licensor was essential to the reopening of the FSO. Commissary was able to help provide replacement ingredient items and equipment.

Fryer has been replaced with a used Cook Rite from commissary. Provide Model Number when able.

Train all kitchen staff on the ODH guidance document provided at the time of this inspection/email. Proper response is important to limit the contamination to foods and surfaces.

Complaint will be closed.

Notes:
1) Follow-up on all Fire Prevention requests. (recharge K-class)
2) Gray Brute storage containers are NSF approved for food storage. Ensure commissary is proper cleaning containers.
3) When brute storage containers are damaged, replacement is needed.
4) Discontinue using the counter top fryer.
5) Hand washing sinks are only to be used for hand washing.
6) Ensure items food related are not stored in the hallway to women's restroom.
