Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. Observed boxes being stored directly on floor. PIC placed boxes up off the floor in the back storage area.

Employees shall be informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health (employee health policy).
Ensure the facility has a written clean-up procedure for vomiting and diarheal incidents.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
