Complaint on 28-Mar-2022 :
An inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint.

Per complainant: FSO is not providing restrooms to customers and allowing sit down dining in the FSO. When dining customers are in need of a restroom, they come to business next door. This is unfair fro the other business to allow no paying customers to use their facilities because the city won't make the FSO provide restrooms. The Mr Hero's is gross inside and the staff do seem to care about this issue or general sanitation.

Complaint findings: A sign stating "no public restrooms" is posted on the door that leads into the kitchen which is visible from the dining area. The Ohio Food Code States the number of toilets and urinals shall be provided according to the Ohio Building Code. The City's building department has been contacted. A standard inspection was conducted after the complaint inspection.

Per discussion with PIC, the FSO has had signs posted at the front window and they get ripped off and stolen. The FSO will post another sign on the front window stating "no public restrooms".

The complaint is now considered closed.
