| Complaint on 30-Oct-2014 : Regarding complaint: The customer found a foreign object in a fish sandwich, possibly a loose bristle from a bristle-brush. An investigation was conducted at the FSO and the PIC explained all cleaning procedures that involve bristle-brushes. All bristle-brushes at the FSO were in good working order and fully intact. Additionally, the only bristle-brushes that are used within the FSO for food-contact surfaces are white plastic. It does not appear that the object found was a result of improper cleaning procedures or inadequate equipment. Complaint closed. |
