Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed open package of hot dogs in the reach-in and an open half n half container without date marking.

Equipment components are not intact. Observed chip warming equipment next to the cheese warmer in disrepair (plastic window cracked and damaged).

Ensure all employees have reviewed and signed the operation's employee health reporting agreement.
Ice scoops and container shall be warewashed at least every 24 hours.
The salt container for pretzels shall be completely emptied and warewashed before refilling.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
