| Complaint on 29-Mar-2021 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent complaint. The customer was concerned that COVID guidelines were not being followed. Proper COVID guidelines were being followed at time of inspection. Proper COVID guidelines were discussed with the PIC. The PIC stated that new employees would receive additional training to make sure they fully understood the guidelines. |
