[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed improper storage of food items. Observed multiple boxes of food were stored on the floor of the walk in freezer at the time of inspection.
To discourage pests and to protect food from contamination the food shall be stored in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.
3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed both door gaskets of the reach in cooler were pulled away from the doors and loose at the time of inspection.
To ensure that the reach in cooler continues to function properly, equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, and fasteners shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Replace/repair damaged door seals for the reach in cooler.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dust attached to light shields and fixtures above cooking surfaces in the kitchen.
The build-up of dust could contaminate food and/or food contact surfaces during preparation. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. Clean the dust build-up over the cooking surfaces, and provide regular cleaning such that all areas of the facility are maintained clean.
