Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (hot dogs and tomatoes). The PIC immediately and voluntarily discarded the food once the violation was identified.

Improper placement of insect control devices over food preparation areas.

Outer opening not protected. Both exterior doors were propped open for the entire inspection allowing flies to enter FSO.
