3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed that the toaster, microwave, and refrigerator are labelled for household use and are not commercial grade.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Replace this unapproved equipment.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Corrected During Inspection Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. At the time of inspection, observed an accumulation of food debris and residues on the interior surfaces of the microwave and toaster.
Clean the food debris and residues from this equipment and provide regular cleaning such that all equipment is maintained clean to sight and touch. Operator clean the equipment at the time of inspection.
