| A consultation inspection was conducted on 9/19/19 in response to a recent report from iwaspoisoned.com. The customer was concerned that a meal from Papa John's may have caused a foodborne illness. The PIC has not received any reports from sick customers or employees in the last several weeks. The PIC was knowledgeable about the proper sick policy and all employees have signed the proper sick policy. |
