The following must be completed to receive a final facility approval for the City of Kent Health department: 1) Provide coved base molding or caulk and seal all floor and wall junctures. 2) Replace a damaged or missing floor tiles and repair grout under the ware washing sink. Fill holes in floor from old electrical lines. Provide a smooth durable and easily cleanable floor. 3) Provide the dirty side of the ware washing stations to be self draining. 4) Seal all ware washing tables to wall. 5) Finish install all stainless steel, provide finish seals, provide a smooth durable and easily cleanable surface on all walls in kitchen area. 6) Provide a soap dispenser at the front kitchen hand washing sink 7) Provide a coved finish on back wall by food preparation sinks 8) Provide a smooth durable and easily cleanable surface behind the food preparation sink (FRP or similar material) 9) Condensation drainage from the walk-in cooler and freezer shall be draining to a drain to a public sewerage line 10) Outdoor waste containers shall be stored on a concrete or asphalt surface that is graded to drain 11) Drainage lines from the soda dispenser machine shall be installed off the floor at least 6 inches above the floor. Drainage from the ice bin needs to properly air gapped. All utility lines shall be install off the floor for easier cleaning. 12) Provide safety disconnect lines on all gas line to equipment 13) Finish ceiling above the juice station 14) Caulk around all hand washing sinks, food preparation sink, the food pass through window and any other area that may collect food debris. 15) Provide a menu with a proper consumer advisory 16) Provide a copy final approval from the building and fire department inspection 17) If changed, provide a final Certificate of Occupancy once provided.
