| Complaint on 30-Jun-2020 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: The servers and bartenders are not wearing masks. Complaint findings: Observed no face covering or mask being worn by the employees. A justification letter stated a safety reason for why they are not going to wear masks. Per discussion with PIC, they will not wear a mask due to safety reasons as indicated in a justification letter posted in the facility. Discussed mask wearing stated that servers/bartenders need to be wearing masks unless they meet an exemption as indicated on the Dine Safe Ohio order. PIC stated they will relay the information but the owner will want to discuss the complaint in more detail. |
