Handwashing sink water below 100°F in the employee restroom.

3717-1-03.5(C)(1) / Food labels - packaged food
A food packaged in the facility not labeled. Observed cake pops at front service counter packaged without labels. PIC stated these cottage food products are from Daisy Cakes and not produced at there location. Contact Daisy cakes to provide ingredients for the cake pops or don't accept the products without labels. Observed cookies wrapped in plastic bags without labels.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed non-commercial mixers and tupperware/rubbermaid containers used food food storage throughout the facility.
