3717-1-02.4(C)(2) / PIC: duties - ensure unnecessary persons are not allowed in food prep or storage areas.
Critical Unnecessary persons in the operation. A customer improperly used the kitchen hand washing sink at time of inspection. Customers are not permitted to use the kitchen hand washing sink. Education was provided to the PIC to improve procedures.

Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.
