| Complaint on 13-Nov-2023 : November 9, 2023 - United States - WanaBana USA is voluntarily recalling all lots of WanaBana Apple Cinnamon Fruit Purée pouches due to reports of elevated levels of lead found in certain units of the product. Inspection was conducted in regards to recalled products that may be at the retail food establishment. Observed the recalled products removed from the shelves and stored in the office. The employees and manager was very knowledgeable regarding the recall. |
