No violations were documented at the time of inspection. Observed the facility was not provided with a culinary sink. The person-in-charge stated foods were washed and prepared at the Middle School before being delivered to this location. If any foods are to be washed in this facility, a proper food processing sink shall be provided. Recommend developing a policy or procedure regarding this process. Observed food employee washed hands after blowing nose. Observed employees washed their hands upon arrival to work. Observed food employee properly washed the 3 compartment sink at the time of inspection. |
