| Complaint on 15-Sep-2023 : A standard/complaint inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Claims family has become ill due to possible contaminated water from the vending machine. Claims the water is cloudy looks like plastic or fiberglass floating in the remaining jugs. Complaint Findings: Observed clear water coming out of the machine and was collected in a clean container and no debris was found. All filters are being properly maintained. The Person-in-charge collected a water sample and will send the sample to a lab for testing. The machine is supplied with water from the building (drug mart) and has city water. No violations documented at the time of inspection. The complaint is now considered closed. |
