[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.3(C) / Fixed equipment installation: elevation or sealing.
Observed shelving (warehouse racks) in the back of the store that was not properly sealed to the floor or elevated at the time of inspection.
To facilitate cleaning, floor-mounted equipment shall be sealed to the floor or elevated on legs that provide at least a six inch clearance between the floor and the equipment; counter mounted equipment that is not easily movable shall be elevated on legs that provide at least a four inch clearance between the counter and the equipment. Bottom shelves shall be elevated or sealed to the floor.
3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Observed waste receptacles that were not covered and overflowing near the back exit door at the time of inspection.
To prevent attracting pests, receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be: kept covered inside the FSO or RFE if they contain food residue and are not in continuous use, and after they are filled; or with tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside. Discontinue allowing trash to pile up near the back exit door.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mop being dried using an unapproved method. Soiled mop was observed stored in the mop sink and not being dried at the time of inspection.
To prevent attracting pests, after use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Discontinue storing mops in the mop sink prevent mop from drying. Mop drying hanger shall be used.
901:3-4-15(B) / Embargoing of food due to adulteration, misbranding, or expired baby formula or baby foods
Corrected During Inspection Observed baby food or formula expired at the time of inspection. Multiple apple containers of baby food were found past the best by date (2/17/18).
To prevent foodborne illness, whenever a licensor finds or has cause to believe within an RFE or FSO in their jurisdiction that any food is adulterated, or so misbranded as to be dangerous or fraudulent, or that infant formula, or baby food is expired, the licensor shall affix to the item a tag giving notice that the item is, or is suspected of being, adulterated, misbranded, or expired and has been embargoed. Baby food and formula shall be inspected more frequently to ensure food are not expired. PIC discarded the expired baby food.
