Critical Observed a direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed drainage lines for downstairs ice machine, and ice bins located behind upstairs and ground level bars were directly connected to floor drains at the time of inspection.
A direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed unless allowed by the Ohio building code. To protect ice from contamination, eliminate the direct connections between the floor and all locations where ice is stored.

Operation serves prepackaged popcorn and beverages. All single-service items were stored at least 6 inches above the floor at the time of inspection.
Discussed preparing quaternary ammonia sanitizer at the proper concentration between 200 ppm and 400 ppm for proper sanitization. Sanitizer is measured with an appropriate test kit. Discussed the use of sanitizer buckets for between use storage of wet wiping cloths.
