Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed non-commercial mixers and tupperware/rubbermaid containers used food food storage throughout the facility.

Observed flooring with black marks throughout and staining. Observed flooring throughout the kitchen/back area not maintained clean. Floors that are no longer easily cleanable shall be replaced.
