Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed paint peeling on service window. Observed service window in disrepair.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items in the storage closet. PIC stated the non-commercial equipment and other belongings are not used in the facility.
