Complaint on 16-Sep-2020 :
Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint.

Per complainant: No rest-room to wash hands. No hand sanitizer to use. Place looked dirty and in need of cleaning. Manager became upset and removed his mask when asked about the rest-room and if there was hand sanitizer for customers to use.

Complaint findings: Observed a sign at the entrance stating "No Public Restrooms". Facility has a restroom in the back of the building through the kitchen and is only used for employees. Hand Sanitizer was available at the front counter if customers needed to use some. Discussed cleaning practices with PIC and continued cleaning and repairs for the facility.

The complaint is now considered closed.
