Critical Corrected During Inspection Missing and/or incomplete allergen declaration(s). Packaged fig bars did not contain a label with the proper information (ingredients, address, allergens. etc.). The PIC voluntarily removed the items from customer display at time of inspection. Packaged figs can be sold with proper labels and/or sold behind the counter.

| Proper COVID19 protocols were discussed with the PIC (hand washing, masks, social distancing, cleaning, employee screening, etc.). The PIC was very knowledgeable about proper COVID19 protocols. Very clean RFE. Provide kitchen grade ceiling tiles for the food preparation room. Packaged figs shall be properly labeled and/or sold from behind the counter. |
