| This Mobile Food Service Operation (MFSO) has been approved to be licensed. Payment for the amount of $192 and a signed application was received for license number NFRY-98JQS9. Observed a proper 3 compartment ware washing sink and designated hand washing sink. Observed proper hot and cold running water at the time of inspection. Test strips, sanitizer, soap, paper towels, etc. were all available. Operation was very clean at the time of inspection. No violations were observed.
