[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(C) / Food-contact surfaces - cleanability
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed black bowls (NSF) scored and scratched and plastic peeling off on bowls at the front service line. PIC discarded bowls that were severly scratched.

3717-1-03.2(G) / Washing fruits and vegetables.
Raw fruit and/or vegetables not washed or washed improperly. Observed prep sink not properly cleaned prior to washing tomatoes at the time of inspection. The prep sink is also used as a dump/pre rinse sink and shall be cleaned and sanitized before and after use.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed food residue and debris on the plumbing fixtures at the prep sink and at both handwashing sinks.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors in the back prep/warewashing area not maintained clean. If floors are no longer smooth and easily cleanable they shall be replaced.
