| Complaint on 03-Aug-2020 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Bartender was not wearing mask and served customers. He had a beard and glass. Unsure of name. Mask was around his neck and he was not wearing it the entire time while serving. Complaint findings: Observed face coverings being worn correctly by the employees at the time of inspection. Discussed complaint with multiple managers. The complaint will now be considered closed. |
