Critical Improper temperature of wash solution in mechanical warewasher. Observed the wash cycle of the chemical warewashing machine measured at 112 degrees F. Discontinue using to wash dirty dishes until temperature can be measured above 120 degrees F during the wash cycle. PIC stated they will contact a company to service the equipment.

Ensure a proper backflow prevention device is installed on the water line that supplies the drink dispensing equipment. The violation documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
