Observed equipment component (lid for ice machine) was not tight or properly adjusted at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Adjust or replace the lid for the ice machine so that it fits tightly.
