[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-21-25(I) OAC / Level one certification in food protection
The FSO did not have a person in charge that had completed a Level One Certification course at the time of inspection.
The licensor shall mandate level one certification in food protection training for at least one person in charge per shift of a food service operation. At least one employee during operation shall have proper training to meet the requirements of this rule.

Comments
Observed no food being prepared at the time of inspection. Overall facility appeared clean and well maintained.
Per discussion with PIC, the new Arctic Air AuC27R that had been purchased is on back order.
A larger hot water generator may need to be installed to ensure enough hot water is available for the ware washing process.
The installation of sinks may require a facility review by this department and potential plumbing permits.
Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall have drain plugs in place.
A level 2 ODH certification in food safety training is required to be obtained for one operator of the facility by March 1, 2017.
