Observed no food being prepared at the time of inspection. Overall facility appeared clean and well maintained. Per discussion with PIC, the new Arctic Air AuC27R that had been purchased is on back order. A larger hot water generator may need to be installed to ensure enough hot water is available for the ware washing process. The installation of sinks may require a facility review by this department and potential plumbing permits. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall have drain plugs in place. A level 2 ODH certification in food safety training is required to be obtained for one operator of the facility by March 1, 2017. |
