Repeat Warewashing machine not operated according to the manufacturer's instructions. Observed machine only being used to sanitize equipment and utensils. Ensure household bleach is permitted to be used in the machine. Approved sanitizers shall be used in the machine.

All food shall be properly washed, prepared, and provided with a date of preparation at the supplier before being delivered to this location. Discussed COVID-19 protocols (face coverings, social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing, sick policy, etc.) during the inspection. The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
