3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Tomatoes with a discard date of 9/9 were stored in the preparation cold holding unit. The PIC immediately and voluntarily discarded the tomatoes once the violation was identified.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled (chemical spray bottles). Education was provided to the PIC about proper chemical labels.

3717-1-03.2(G) / Washing fruits and vegetables.
Repeat Raw potatoes not properly washed during preparation of fries.

3717-1-04.8(G)(2) / Kitchenware and tableware - handling.
Soup spoons stored incorrectly with handles going in the opposite direction.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean (cold holding units, exhaust hoods, cooking equipment, storage racks and shelving).
