Critical Repeat Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Multiple foods were improperly date marked for eight days (steak, sausage, ground beef, ham). Education was provided to improve date marking.

3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
A food preparation employee placed a personal cell phone on the cutting board at time of inspection leading to potential contamination of a food contact surface.

3717-1-04.8(A) / Equipment and utensils - air-drying required.
Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Ware washed food storage containers were stacked together wet without proper air drying.
