3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed no date marks on open bag of lettuce, feta cheese, hot dogs, and container of chicken wiings. PIC voluntarily discarded products and date marked items properly.

3717-1-03.5(E) / Consumer advisory.
Critical Consumer is not properly advised of the risk of consuming raw or undercooked animal foods. Discussed menu/consumer advisory with PIC and stated they will update menu with proper consumer advisory on steak and burgers asap.

3717-1-03 / Food - safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented
Corrected During Inspection Observed multiple bags of adulterated soft pretzels in the beer walk-in refrigeration unit. PIC stated these will be discarded and will not be used.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed walk-in freezer in disrepair. The condensor was being serviced at the time of inspection. No food was observed in the walk-in.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed gaskets on cold holding and freezer equipment throughout the facility not maintained clean. Damaged gaskets shall be replaced. Observed interior of glass door refrigeration unit near prep sink and the reach-in freezer unit not maintained clean. Observed ice scoop holder not maintained clean.

3717-1-04.5(A)(2) / Cleanliness of food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans.
Observed grease build up on surfaces on and around the grill and fryers.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed the faucet at the bar hand sink clogged and preventing proper water pressure at the sink.

Observed water on the floor under the bar, The drainage pipe leading from an air drying/dump sink equipment appears to be directed onto the floor.
