| In order for a FSO license to be issued, the following must be completed: Adjust, repair, or replace the cold holding equipment to be able to hold foods at 41 degrees F or below (recommend setting unit to hold at 38 degrees F) Provide at least 20 foot candles of lighting intensity in the blue rest room. Only 10 foot candles was observed. Provided a 0 degrees F to 220 degrees F metal stem temperature measuring device. Repair leaking faucet fixture at the hand washing sink in the kitchen area. Contact the Kent Health Department once the above items are competed to schedule a final inspection. |
