| This inspection was conducted in response to a recent water main break outside of the Zephyr which resulted in a water boil advisory. A handout was issued to the PIC (Patty Restaine) at time of inspection outlining the proper procedures for a water boil advisory. We also verbally discussed the steps to take before re-opening. The business has been closed for 24 hours. The Zephyr will remain closed until the water boil advisory is lifted. |
