| Complaint on 21-Aug-2014 : Regarding complaint: No violations documented at time of inspection. The manager is not aware of any customers/employees being ill recently. There are no apparent issues that would indicate a foodborne illness originated at this establishment. The facility is very clean. Proper cold holding temperatures were observed. Proper date marking procedures are being followed. Observed proper hand washing procedures. |
