Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed two containers of salad, pizza, mini dogs in the latchkey area of the reach-in refrigeration unit not date marked. Employee stated the food was from an event that the school had on Friday and it will not be served and will be thrown out.
