Observed the FSO was not in operation with no staff present.
No food or products were observed at the location. Location is not out of business.

Per discussion with PIC, the operation may be opening in the near future and the plan is to only sell prepackaged foods.
The license for this facility may decrease to a risk level 2 if the facility is no longer going to cook/prepare TCS foods.
Provide a letter requesting a decrease in risk level and include the facility's plan to no longer prepare or cook tcs foods.
Please contact the health department prior to reopening the facility.
