Appears all the equipment has been removed and the FSO is not ready to operate in the near future. FSO will be considered Out of Business. Please contact the KCHD if this is untrue. If the FSO remains closed for 6 months and does plan to re-open, the KCHD may require a complete plan review before re-opening. |
