Complaint on 14-Aug-2017 :

An inspection was conducted in response to a complaint. A recent customer was diagnosed with E.Coli. The cause of the illness has not been determined. It was reported that the customer ordered a veggie pita which comes with steamed vegetables, dice tomatoes, mozzarella, and marinara sauce.

The PIC states that there have been no reports of sick customers or employees over the last several weeks.

Additional conversation was devoted to proper food safety procedures (hand washing, glove usage, ware washing, wash produce, etc.).
